Tuna on SS+ ?

    Some one suggested I try SS+ top get me back into CD, also in advance of R for L in two weeks time.

    CAnt lay my hands on my booklet!! I have no chicken in today, is tuna in brine (well drained) ok? OR Egg?? Or lean Ham??

    Advice gratefully accepted. I know you all know!!!!!!!!

    Sorry all the things you are saying are not okay for SS+.

    Tuna in brine even drained has too much salt.
    Egg too many cals and fat
    Ham fat, sugar, salt.

    OK. Can anyone list some of the things I can have then? I might have them in the freezer or cupoboard.

    I dont know where my book is to refer to , sorry.

    Do you have any white fish, cod, haddock (not smoked), plaice, skate you can have 190g of that?

    Or 225 g of reduced fat cottage cheese if you have any?

    120 g of chicken or turkey breast or one of
    190 White Fish
    200 quorn
    180 Tuna (in water)
    225 Cottage Cheese
