Hey there! came up with another yummy concoction!

fry a chopped carrot, some sweetcorn and tuna in a pan.

Boil some spaghetti - at the same time.

Boil the kettle and make about half a litre of veg stock, add to it plum tomatoes and mix it up.

Add the sauce to the veggies so that its boiling down, add some pepper and sweetner to taste. then drain the spaghetti and keep it on the heat adding the sauce to it, mix it about abit and voila!

Sooooo moresome! im a student and ive just started uni so ive not really cooked much before, but i have to say. im quite impressed with myself :p
