Tuna steak???

Hi guys.
Just looking for a bit of advice please. I picked up some salmon the other day...then went to cook it and then looked at the fat content!! Does anyone know if a tuna steak would ve the same?? Is it particularly oily in steak form? What are your experiences? Thx.
 
I've been okay with both a small salmon steak and also a tuna steak (not at the same time!) although I've been very careful of what I've served to accompany them, rice or noodles or veg with no more fat added. I do think everyone's different though so maybe some other members will say how they've got on.
 
Hmmm..Thanks girls. Yep eggs I've been absolutely fine with. I'll give the tuna a go....at least I'll know then! Just wondered if it was as fatty as salmon but I'm pretty sure it won't be... thanks again. Have a good weekend all. X
