Know I'm not meant to but I had tuna (in brine) with low fat salad cream.

I struggle constantly and have never found the focus. I need to try and find a way to keep me on track
 
I love to pop by now and again at other vlcd forums and find inspiration in them all. I came across your post and I thought I'd reccommend slim and save to you it's another vlcd but has waaay more variety and the losses are similar if not the same as cd and the other vlcds.

The meals are all gorgous and you are allowed to have either 4 packs a day or 3 plus a protein meal of 100g that includes tuna,chicken, fish etc and up to 200g veg. The veg allowance is with the 4 pack option or 3 plus protein. You are also allowed 150ml skimmed milk.

You may have come across it before but I thought if you hadn't you may find this easier and will help you stay focused as the variety is brilliant and the losses are brilliant.
