turkey burgers help

If you have any SW books there are recipes for turkey burgers there also on this forum under "recipes" I usually just mix the turkey mince with finely chopped onion, spices and roll on wet hands until they are about the size of a tennis ball then place on a tray and flatten them, place in the fridge to chill, cook in a saucepan sprayed with frylight, or in a oven-proof dish and cook in the oven until cooked.
Use a wholemeal bap (57-60g)(1Heb, or 6syn) cut and lightly toast, if you like cheese use a low fat cheese slice (2 syn) and a slice of tomato with a lettuce leaf, add a relish or sauce of your choice (1-2syn, depends on what you like) Enjoy!
