Turkey mince?

I have a pack in the freezer and no idea what to so with this. Any ideas?

You could make meatballs with herbs or burgers. I really want to try and make kind of a kebab with turkey mince still yet to try so you could add spices and make kebabs. Let me know how you get on x

Burgers made with some red onion are really nice. I also like to cook it in a similar way to bolognese. Just fry some onions and courgette, then add some tin chopped tomatoes, and season to taste. It can be served with what ever you like, mash potato is good, or maybe pasta or couscous.
