Turkey thigh mince 7% fat

I’ve been using this particular mince for my chilliest etc but attributing a syn value purely because its 7% and that’s what the app says and it’s not 5% like the free sort- but I’m wondering would it make much difference if I ditched the syn or 2 I allow and class it as free? It’s still very low fat

I use it because it’s easier on the pocket and better value for money and to be frank, I don’t think there’s much in it. Anyone else use this type of mince?
