    Monday 4th october EE day

    breakfast: hexb honeynut shredded wheat
    muller
    egg scrambled

    break: galaxy ripple (9syns)

    lunch: savoury rice & chicken
    apple &muller

    dinner: fish, mushrooms, brocli, cauliflower, tomato ketchup 24g 1syn

    melon & muller

    syns today 10

    walked 2.5 miles

    wi 2morrow night

    thanks i am in Bangor . Lost all my weight with ww but got sick of counting points put 1.5 stone bck on so am now a sw convert .

    stayed the same at wi last night going to try and have a better week this week .
    wed 6th october:EE

    hexa: 28g cheese
    hexb: x2 nimble

    breakfast : egg, beans , hexb , banana and muller

    curly wurly 6syns

    lunch: sw lasagne (1.5)syns + hexa tomato ketchup 1 syn
    activita yoghurt

    dinner: chicken , mushrooms, veg, tomato ketchup (1 syn)
    muller and melon

    3 boiled sweets 1.5 syns each = 4.5 syns

    syns today : 13

    was going to walk the 2.5 miles home but to be quite honest cant be annoyed !!!!

    am posting this a day in advance as i am working all day then babysitting 2morrow night. hopefully i will not have to edit it !

    thanks am finding ee easy but not the losin weight bit goes on and off like a yo-yo . well done on your weight loss so far x

    thanks, i'm actually really surprised that I've lost anything. doesn't feel like i'm on a diet. You've done really well...i'm aiming to get to my target weight in 1 year. then I can relax a little lol

    :confused:well wi 2night and stayed the same AGAIN:confused: not impressed at all !!!!!!

    am not recording a diary as after wi the syns are horrific know i shouldnt do this but am going to try from next week not 2 have a complete pig out .
