melon & muller

stayed the same at wi last night going to try and have a better week this week .

activita yoghurt

dinner: chicken , mushrooms, veg, tomato ketchup (1 syn)

3 boiled sweets 1.5 syns each = 4.5 syns

was going to walk the 2.5 miles home but to be quite honest cant be annoyed !!!!

thanks, i'm actually really surprised that I've lost anything. doesn't feel like i'm on a diet. You've done really well...i'm aiming to get to my target weight in 1 year. then I can relax a little lol

:confused:well wi 2night and stayed the same AGAIN:confused: not impressed at all !!!!!!

am not recording a diary as after wi the syns are horrific know i shouldnt do this but am going to try from next week not 2 have a complete pig out .
