Hi everyone. I've decided to keep a food diary to keep me on track! Started 3 weeks ago and I've lost 11lb. I finally got into the 15's this morning too :D
Off on holiday to Greece next September so I have something to work towards! :)

Here is how today has looked...

EE

Breakfast - Poached egg & tomatoes on toast (Hexb)
Snack - Orange
Lunch - M&S prawn & pasta layered salad (5.5)
Snack - Piri Piri chicken slices (2) Banana, Sugar free red bull
Dinner - M&S count on us chicken & mushroom pie (6) Asparagus, Peas
Snack - Melon, boiled eggs, 2 cheesestrings (Hexa)

finishing today on 13.5 syns :)

today’s food ....

Breakfast - poached egg on toast (hexb) tinned tomatoes
Snack - banana
Lunch - pasta and sauce (3.5) apple
Dinner - jacket potato with tuna mayo (4) 45g feta (hexa) flat white (2?)
Snack - 12 mikado (6)

Today's food... started well ... been feeling :( today so comfort ate a little. Feeling guilty...

Breakfast - Eggs on toast (hexb)
Lunch - chicken topped with feta (hexa) orange, apple
Snack - 9 mikado (4.5)
Dinner - Iceland lamb in mint gravy, potatoes, 2 yorkshire puds (4) sweetcorn, asparagus, peas, carrots
Snack - 3 packets of wotsits :oops: (13.5) Flapjack (8.5)


SO embarrassed... tomorrow is a new day. Looking back on that though I have only had a 2 days worth of syns which isn't bad at all really. If I stay low tomorrow I should be okay.

Stayed the same this morning thank god! Here is today’s food plan ...

Brunch - SW fry up (sainsburys sausages (2) eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, 2 toast (hexb))

Snack - orange, chocolate milk (hexa)

Dinner - salmon in sweet chilli sauce (2) pasta, spinach, tomatoes

Supper - ??

Just finished dinner, it was delicious. Have about 10 syns for tonight too so no need to stray off plan. Really would love to get my stone award at next weigh in, only need to lose 2lbs and I’ll have it! Fingers crossed! Xx

Today’s food

Breakfast - 3 sainsburys bgty sausages (3) toast (hexb)

Lunch - 2 bannisters Baked potatoes (2) infusions salmon in sweet chilli sauce (1.5) spinach, tomatoes

Dinner - aldi tempura basa fillet (6) potatoes, carrots, spinach, sweet corn

Supper — something using my hexa!

sorry haven't updated in ages! been
so busy. still on plan and weighed in this morning and i have stayed the same which im ok with.


Here is today's food plan

Breakfast - SW fry up (2 syns for sausages) Hexb for 2 toast

Lunch - Baked potatoes (2) with tuna mayo & sweetcorn (2) spinach and cucumber

Dinner - fishcakes (7) potatoes topped with feta cheese (hexa) mushy peas, carrots, sweetcorn
