    Would somebody please find out if these sausages from Lidl's are free or how many syns in each

    per 100g

    Twinner - German pork sausages

    pack weight is 540g (6 large sausages)

    calories 282g

    protein 14.0g

    carbs 2.0g

    fat 24.0

    I am sure that someone will be able to look it up for you and get a precise answer, but I can certainly tell you that they won't be free as they are nearly one quarter fat!

    I don't think that info is right - the ones the OP is asking about are in a 6-pack that weighs 540g so they are much larger than the ones mentioned - 90g instead of 35g per sausage
