Red Days Two half portions of a healthy extra?

Hi, I am new to the forum. I joined SW mid Nov and have lost 1st 13.5. I have been plateauing the last few weeks, and my consultant said to mix things up a bit to trick the body.

I always do EE but am trying a few red days to up the protein a bit.

I am struggling with the lack of variation/carbs, so was wondering if for a HEXB choice could I have 1 slice of Nimble (instead of 2) and a half portion of baked beans?

(Need my other HEXB for SW chips later).
