Twox's weight loss diary

    So this is the start of my weight loss diary. started 30/05/11 and this was my diary for then:

    Breakfast: Bacon Sandwich on wholemeal bread,

    lunch: ham sandwich (bad start i know)

    Dinner: roast veg, roast potatoes and pork with fat cut off

    (desert: low fat custard, apple crumble)

    Very bad start but you have to start somewhere.
