u check my menu from today please??

    i get that to 1100 - need to add my milk....getting a bit peckish now.....

    coffee with sweetner and milk (dont know how to work out milk)

    ive measured out my milk and i think ive had 150 cals worth today .... is skimmed milk much different to semi in cals

    Not sure about the milk calories sorry as I don't use it. All the rest looks right though, it might be worth counting the actual veg calories if you want to be spot on but they are low in cals so it's up to you :)

    Looking good hun, what warburtons bread do you use.. as i only like warburtons the orange pack but its like 111kcals each

    Skim milk is a lot less calories. Its 90 calories for 1 cup. Then there's the 2% reduced fat milk which is 130 per cup and I'm not sure about the rest. But skim milk by far is the best.

    Oh, btw that's how much it is here in america. Can't see your profile on my phone to see where you're at. Sorry.

    hi i use the small wholemeal loaf think its 400g loaf...
