U gotta love Extra Easy

    For breakfast this morning I had 3 bacon, 2 fried eggs (fry light), baked beans and fried potatoes.

    All that with no syns and no Hex A's or B's.....Brilliant!

    where is your 1/3 supers? the eggs?

    The 1/3 superfree business is more a recommendation I think than an actual requirement. I don't follow it to the letter.

    Yes, I had 2 eggs so those are my superfree food. :D

    I am now tucking into lunch.

    Tuna melt HeA & B, coleslaw (1 syn) and french fries crisps (4 syns) and 1 syn for the mayo. Followed by WW yoghurt and some grapes.

    For dinner tonight I'm going to do something with chicken. Not sure what though :cool:

    sounds yummy!

    I have just had strawberries and low fat yogurt for lunch not hungry today. But have some steak simming away in the slow cooker for tonight yummy

    i find im eating piles of fruit and yogurts so count them as my super free foods on extra easy
