Udon noodles

Hi anyone know the syn value for udon noodles? The ones in the supermarket which are vacuum packed. They aren't dried they cook in about 3 mins. Doesn't feel right calling them fresh though as they can sit in the cupboard so long!

Can an anyone work out what I mean from that garbled message?

Amoy Straight to Wok Rice Noodles , 150g pouch is free on EE/Green. Is that the kind of thing?

check the ingredients - if they don't have oil they should be free
