Deffo, perhaps Forrest will get his way this time? What do you think?

Do you watch The Ultimate Fighter?

I went to 105, was an amazing night, doesn't come to England too often. Got my picture with Bruce Buffer lol, its in the Before and After thread :)

yeah it was pretty good fight tonight, and yeah i felt griffin would beat tito on points, as titos been out the game to long and most the time he wasnt throwing anything, and when forrest startled him was quality :)

yeah i watch TUF but i dont know this heavyweight season has been lacking slightly,

i believe the ufc events each year we'll have 1-2 in england 1 in dublin and 1 in europe somewhere :)

Apologies for the delay in replying, just didnt wanna look in case of spoilers since only just had chance to watch the event.

Agree so much, I thought Forrest would come back fighting for a win this time, I thought it would end in a knockout, the first fight wasnt too bad, he hung in there and slugged it out, and definately deserved the win this time, theres gotta be a 3rd match up at some point in the future now surely to decide.

Was surprised at how dirty Johnson V Koscheck was, especially Koscheck, yeah Johnson put the knee in (which is bad) but it didnt connect, and he played on it connecting so much, and then after that eye poke, just shameful!

Yeah I agree about TUF, but I do love the banter between Rashad and Rampage, makes it so much more entertaining, just a shame there isn't gonna be a fight anymore, would love to see it!!!!

Hi gents.

Now I am gonna sound like an old fogie but I swear I am only 25. I HATE how commerical it has all become. The way I liked it was when it first started. I am a huge fan of the Gracie family and got into MMA when Rickson Gracie was fighting........

"Choke" I think is a fantastic DVD about how it should really be. Pick 8 guys with completely different fighting styles and over the cours eof an evening have then slug it out for a champion. How it used to be.

Or even how it was with the first few UFCs. Now I find it is all about the WWE style promotion. Dont get me wrong I still watch it. I am a big fan of Tito and hate Shanrocks guts. But I would rather watch the entertainment that comes with someone like Bob Sapp. Actual entertainment.

i actually love it, especially likes of anderson silva, gsp, chuck liddell when he was knocking guys out :) i admit when gracies were in the sport they were quality, but new blood, new styles came through, you had matt hughes, serra, bj penn and all them :) what do you guys think of bisping and hardy?

I agree that it has become very commercialised, but still love it none the less lol.

Bisping I think has lost his touch since his pre UFC and early UFC days, he's still a good fighter but I don't think he's got what it takes (at the minute anyway) to become champ, yeah he won at 105 but it wasnt a glorious win.

Hardy I think is going places, really got spirit of fighting, and if he keeps training hard, is gonna make it much bigger.

What you guys think of Brock and his intestines? Apparently the last few months he's been fightin at 60% because of his low immunity, not that you'd think that against Mir, but perhaps he was out for blood after the knee bar at 81 lol. Do you think he's gonna come back?

Yeh Kimbo is entertaining and exceptionally intimidating but has not the skills for the UFC!

Boy can bang though, standing opponent and he's well matched, think he really does need a lot of training in ground work though because he just gets slaughtered when it goes to ground. His fight with Roy Nelson on TUF wasn't too impressive, but come on, if we had big country sat on us, I doubt we could move either LOL :D

Yeah totally agree, would be good for Brock to come back, keeping hopeful he returns, but stomach/intestinal surgery, and fighting aren't too good a combination, which makes me think it's unlikely, he's always gonna be tender down there now :wave_cry:

Theres only one thing that annoys me about Machida, its the fact that he hangs back, sort of hangs his upper body behind his hips and waits, so the fight usually takes a while to get going.

Whats your outlook for GSP and Hardy? What you reckon?

Any thoughts on Sanchez V Penn?
