I would worry to much hun! Ive had a few chips and some slices of white bread this week (which dosnt sound bad but I feel so guilty about it lol) Just jump back on the diet and forget about it! Whats done is done! Good luck tomorrow :)

I agree I was so hungry last night I ate 3 slices of milk roll bread with ham and mustard and a cadburys mini roll!!
I didn't beat myself up about it it was really nice and I enjoyed it, but as soon as I ate it I was like ,right back on track now girl !!!

Aww - I feel your pain. Chocolate digestives are so evil. I bet you only ate the ginger cake to get rid of that horribly addictive choc digestive taste too. xx

Just to make you feel better hun, on sat i had garlic bread. Pizza.kebab chips. An then last night had kebab chips and garlic bread haha. I only gt 1 pound to come off to have lost a stone and i go and do that

I dont think bragging about how you have eaten certain foods, and then lost weight is something particuarly helpful.

Agreed, you have managed to lose weight and eat these foods - but not everyone can or is as lucky as you are.

The OP was saying she had had a treat and was worried about how it would affect her loss that week and not about how to 'trick' the system which is how i feel your post comes across.

I havent said i lost. My weigh in is fri. So before you go and start going on about my post read it properly. I was just meaning she cudve gone a lot mre out of control and it ok every nw n again to ave a treat.dont have to explain to you anyway as other people will see my post properly

Elle, I'm not sure Beccaharrison89 has said she still lost weight by doing that - the way i read it was that she has done exactly the same as OP, she has eaten badly and has done this when she only has one pound to lose to get to a stone.
I could be wrong though and maybe I am the one who read it wrong??

Thanks everyone for your support. Our consultant had an EE refresher this evening and I dont think Im following that 100% correctly anyway I may try some green days . . .

Apologies - I did misread your post. I do however, think it could be interpreted the way I first read it - in that you had 'gone and done that' was to have lost the lb you needed for your stone.

Easy mistake I guess.......
