    oh my god u lost allthat weight in 5 weeks i am so amazed am on day 5 oh lord cant wait fo r 1st weigh in

    the first weigh in is the best i wont give up just gettin bored now i e try on small old clothes 2 see the difference :)

    Im on cd and on week 4 (lost 14lb) but am having a salad with chicken in the evening (about 3 oz) but am already getting really bored. May think about eating healthy but still need to lose 1.5 stone.

    lol good gal :D im only in wk 3 and was sooooo hungry yesterday but it passes doesnt it. ive just been trying on clothes that are too small too...keeps me going :) but also makes me verrry impatient lol im just outside barnstaple

    I have an awful lot of weight to lose, about 10 stone, but my plan is to lose 5 stone (hopefully by July 30th), and then refeed, and do Maintenance for a month, maybe two or three. Hopefully lose another few pounds that way, and then come back on TFR for the remaining 4 (hopefully) stone. I know your weight losses are smaller, but would you consider refeeding, and coming back to this in a month or a few months? Bases on other peoples weight loss it'll take you a little under 2 months more to lose 2 stone right?
