un-opened stir fry bag

Hi guys, strange question I know....
Can I freeze a bag of un opened stir fry?
I no it has some strange rules as you cant reheat but dnt no if u are allowed to freeze it?

Hi Jade, I'm sure you could freeze it, I'm just not sure what it would defrost like, could turn out a bit limp and soggy :yuk:

Try it ..... Nothing ventured nothing gained and if it doesn't work its not cost a lot ..... You can buy frozen stir fry mix at Asda by the way so it may well work

Got my shopping delivered and the best by dates are never great n hate wasting food

ocado are fab with dates on food there a bit more pricey but if you factor in the food you waste due to short dates with your normal shop it prob balances out

Hi Jade, Cook it before it goes out of date, put it in the fridge and it will keep a bit longer then. Better than soggy.
