Uncle Bens noodle time

Hi everyone! I'm back after almost a year off slimming world due to pregnancy, I had a beautiful baby boy 10 weeks ago so time to start losing weight again. I should have kept it up but didn't and now have 3st 6lb to lose to get me down to my 10st target.

Any ideas of the syn value of an uncle bens noodle time? It's the sweet Thai chilli one.
