Hi can any one tell me what syns are in these?
I do constant green days. (sweet thai chilli is the flavour i have) thanks

Hi Gemma, you'd be better off doing a search in the 'syns forum' - there's deffo posts there on these pots . . . . . . the sweet & sour and I think the thai were originally advised as FREE but, and don't quote me on the actual syns, they were later found to have approx 8 syns each.
