Hey, I just wondered if uncle bens pouches of long grain and wild rice contain any syns ?

I don't have a list to hand, but someone will no doubt pop up here with some syn values for you. Meanwhile check the ingredients on the back of the pack. If it mentions oil, then there are syns.
