Underactive thyroid

Does anyone know what sort of loses to expect with on ss + with underactive thyroid . ?I'm hoping it won't slow it down to much

It shouldn't slow it down too much but if you're on any meds then that might effect the step you can use.

Hi! I am underactive I suppose. I was told 9 months ago by an endocrinologist specialist to stop taking my tablets, had blood tests and think I need to be back on them. I find out in 2 weeks time (when I next see a doctor!)

I've managed to loose 4 stone in 6 months. Sole Source till Christmas, Sole Source plus until a few weeks ago and just finished my second week on Step 2.
