Hi ladies was very hungry today whilst on a course and suffering really bad headaches.
I ate a Caesar wrap, snack chocolate( shared it with a friend and a diet coke(no zero available) I also brought a tub of Pringles and I had a couple of crisp, the funny thing is that although I enjoyed it.

feel that il be able to get back on the bandwagon not scared of completely losing control. I have a couple of days off so if I've knocked myself of ketosis I've got days to get back into it before I'm back at work again.

I don't feel too bad just bad that I made wrong food choices however keen to get back on the plan tomorrow

You know what you need to do now so draw a line under it and get back on track. Good luck x
