Unofficial Lifeline online

Hey everyone i am new here.
I am going to be starting Slimming World soon on my own, at home.
I have some up to date books to help me get started. But i just wondered if there is an unofficial Lifeline online (where you can find
Syn values and Foo Diaries?).
