Hello everyone,
just found this site - looks great.

I'm on day two of this diet. I really want it to work as tried bloody everything! Yesterday was first down day and it was tough but ok. But today, I just can't get full - I worry I'm not going to feel satisfied/not maintain this...
any advice?
