upset stomach

has anybody else had this whilst using the shakes? Or is it just me?

I was bunged up last week but didnt take anything for it. (bought a fibre supplement but its not due to be delivered till tomorrow)

Have had a total u turn, cramps, bad wind and loose stools.

Is this likely to clear up? I hope so, or i wont be able to continue the plan

when i was on a shake diet plan i kept on getting stomach cramps but i put it down to irregular periods and food that hadnt agree'd with me! maybe it was down to shakes though.... glad ive stopped using them like that now

I haven't had this but I am having the meal bars...
