urghh i woke up...

.. starving!

drinking couple of cups of black coffee... and then going to have my porridge....

cant believe i woke up starving and i mean really starving.. like my tummy is eating me from the inside lol.... am on day 4 of r estart lost the 6 pounds i gained over the weekend...

anyone know why?

could be a water grumble, most of our hunger pangs are actually our bodies looking for water

I think hedgehog may be right, I often wake up starving, but feel fine after a couple of glasses of water!
