Urrrggghh off plan since WI

    I have been off plan since Thursdays WI. I have eaten fish and chips, macdonalds, crisps, chocolate, pizza and lots of alcohol. I needed to post this to help me get back on plan tomorrow. All weekend I have felt sick and bloated and very windy. My toilets, sorry if TMI, are gross and shows what crap I have been putting into my body. And it just goes to show how good SW makes me feel. I think I needed the blow out to get me back on track. Rant over, thanks for listening x
