Used up alot of my weeklies since thursday :(

I happily lost 1/2 stone there at my second weigh in!! But since have used all my dailies and quite a few, at least 19 didn't track fully so maybe up to 30 to be safe, dunno why I've done this! Well except that chocolate is delicious :( so wanna get back on track and thought if I post I may get advice and at least it's like out there so more likely to stop now, while I can still have a loss next week!!! Only have about a stone to lose so 1/3 of the way there :)

Try and just write it off as a bad few days, we all do it but well done for putting it out there and realising your not feeling good about it. My problem is finishing things like my little boys cookie and telling myself it was only a bite so it doesn't count! Errggghhhh get so annoyed with myself! I try and tell myself this when I crave chocolate: Nothing tastes as good as being slim this summer will feel :)
No weigh in till Thursday and I'm a nurse, so on my feet a lot in today mon and tues so tis a fair bit of rushing and running :) do hopefully it'll help!! Think I'll give up on my weeklies and just use my dailies! Pretend there all gone!! Even if I lose a pound it's 1/14 closer to my goal!! Hahaha. Thank you for the help and support. It's good to know other people are the same as me ha x
I've never used them and it was all chocolate so think it's not the best use of it! I'd use it for maybe the points left over on a Chinese at the weekend, but thunk my problem is I use 49 one week on chocolate and the next week alcohol, oh jaeger yum:) haha. But I think if ya use them properly like a meal or just brown bread or something that cool!! But not how I was using them haha. Xx
