Using my points for bad!

Lately I've been finding myself justifying having things like pizza purely because I haven't used any points so that makes it okay! Surely this can't be good!!
 
Well they do say use the point on why you like......
But why do you have so many points left to use?
Do you have 3 meals a day?

There are healthy foods that are higher propoints such as potato or acacado.
 
I use my points on treats, drinks, takeaway, meal
Out, extra cheese on my pasta etc. I think it's fine to use them like this as long as you're eating proper meals and remembering your 0pp fruit etc. x

ETA - I mean like, I don't think if you're just eating fruit all day then blowing all your points on rubbish every night it's very healthy, but you will still probably lose weight. It's just not how you're supposed to be doing it x
