Using myfitnesspal

Hi everyone been using myfitnesspal alittle confused put in what I've eaten for breakfast which was 2 egg omelette, half of a salmon fillet prob only 70g, 1 Cherry tomato and tiny amount of orange pepper cooked in 1 tsp butter, served on 50g bed of salad leaves, had little soya milk in cup of tea. It's saying carbs 3, fat 23, protein 42. So have I already gone over my protein amount for the day, if the ratio is 5/65/30, doesn't seem a lot of food compared to what book says I can eat freely.
 
the ratio is percentages and the cals should be 1600 which gives you loads of protein def more than 42g xx
