USN Diet Fuel

Hi

Was wondering if anybody has been using the usn diet fuel shake from holland and barratt? If so do you think it works?

I bought this last Tuesday and I love it the shake is soo thick and very filling I've only been having 2 shakes a day and a main meal and when I weighed today was 4/5lb down

Just wondering what other people's thoughts on this is?

Hi I know this was a while ago but my hubby has just got some of this and I wondered how you did on it and what you ate for your evening meal?

My OH wants to try this so I bought a tub of it today and I'll be trying it with him for 3 weeks to see how it works. I'm doing Slimming World but going to give this a trial run to see if I can boost my losses a bit as snacking is really slowing me down. Hopefully this will keep me full enough not to snack. I'll report back after a few days on it to let you know how it's going.
