I have put on two stone since becoming vegan a year ago and now it’s got to go. I’m doing the great north run in September and I’d like to be at target. So I’m hoping that writing it all here will keep me accountable. I’m not quite sure how this works though so I’d love some help. Does this show as a thread I can keep adding to or do I need to post a new one each day. So far I’ve had alpro plain with strawberries, blueberries and 20g of all bran (.5 HEX b) you
