Valentines challenge 2014

Hi all I've just restarted weight watchers after losing 3 stone last year I still have another 4 to lose and thought setting myself mini goals would help me get to goal at last!
I'm looking to lose 1 stone by valentines day if anyone would like to join me the encouragement would be greatly received!!!
I started two days ago with a weight of 14st 4lbs looking to be 13.4 by valentines :)

Hi Hun. Well done on loosing 3 stone that's amazing.
i joined weight watchers for the millionth time last Tuesday, I have followed Simple Start the first week and lost 7.5lbs. That made me 17st 5lbs :(.
i would love to join you in a challenge. Do you think it's realistic for me to loose another 14lbs?

Hi Hun I have done this diet about 4 times ( always give up before goal! But I'm motivated this time) I always lose quiet fast in the first few weeks and the more you have to lose the quicker it falls off so I'd say ur defiantly in with a shot! If we all push each other through it we can defiantly achieve it!!! What day are your weigh ins ladies xx

I'm a Saturday, however away from home so mine will be a bit here there and everywhere lol. Weigh in due sat, but won't be till next thurs :) so want an ace loss! Yep we can do it together!

Ok im going for 12lbs seen as its 4 weeks and ive already had a big loss. 14 would be great though x

Yay what day is your weigh in iv gone for a stone as i usually lose quicker for the first two weeks then it slows but I'd be happy with even half a stone :) x
Oh I would love to loose more, might even as it will be my first few weeks!

I'm in! Seven pounds off is my goal! I weigh in on Friday, this will be my third weigh in, it's going quite slow so far :-(
