Well after a whole weekend and last night indulging in gorgeous food this morning I'm back to normality and having my shake, it's hard as I've obviously stretched my stomach and am feeling VERY hungry! But I can do this. Saturday morning before the treats started I lost a pound but I haven't even tempted weighing myself afterwards and just going to wait until my next weigh in on Saturday morning, do you think it will be possible to lose any of the weight I must of put on sticking to plan 100per cent and doing loads of exercise for the next 4 days? I really hope so!!!
