i have been following ww plan but have changed to sw as like the plan better am always hungry and plenty of free food on sw plan today have had:
breakfast; 2 weetabix
lunch; 6 crabsticks and banana
dinner; homemade free quiche and mullerlight milk jelly
pink & white jammie wafer 3 syns
mullerlite yogurt and banana

me too, I like peeling them, they last ages that way!
