my weight loss is very slow but i am here for the long haul

my current is 16 stone i am on the EE plan

today's meals
breakfast

1 toast (he)
2 sausage (2 syn)
mushrooms
onion
hash brown (sw style)
beans
scrammed egg (2 eggs)
2 bacon (all fat removed)
2x green tea (sweetener)

snack
1 mullerlight toffee yoghurt


thats it so far today
