Breakfast: Bacon medallions, mushrooms, tomatoes & eggs

Lunch: Alpen Light Bar & cup of tea (HE's)

Dinner: Spagetti Bolognese (made with tin of tomatoes, bottle of passata, yellow & red peppers, mushrooms, onions & garlic) and lots of spices

Snack: Alpen Light Bar & cup of tea (HE's)

Dinner: pasta made with passata & spices and 1/2 a birds eye spicy chicken breast (3 1/2 syns)

Breakfast: 2 nimble wholemeal toasted with scrambled eggs and brown sauce

Snack: Alpen light bar and tea

Lunch: Rice & stirfried peppers, babycorn & onions in oyster sauce & some honey

Dinner: SW chips with cheese & syn free curry sauce

Before Bed: Alpen bar & tea

Total syns today: 5

HE B's: 2 nimble & 2 Alpen bars
HE A's: Cheese & milk

Saturday 7th May

Breakfast: bacon medallions, scrambled eggs, 2 nimble wholemeal toasted & brown sauce

Lunch: ham salad & tiny bit of SW chicken curry

Dinner: Alpen light bar & cup or tea

TREAT: 7-8 marshmallows smothered in Thorntons chocolate from a chocolate fountain :-/ God only knows what the syn value was!!!

Breakfast: 2 nimble wholemeal toasted (no butter) with 2 poached eggs & brown sauce

Snack; alpen light bar & diet coke

Lunch: SW chips, rice & vegetable curry (peppers, onions, tomatoes & babycorn)

Snack: alpen light bar & tea

Dinner: will be some left over rice & vegetable curry

Before bed: will be alpen light bar & cup of tea

HE B's: 2 nimble & 2 alpen bars
HE A's: milk for tea

Total syns for today: 5 (alpen bar & sauce)

Dinner: Massive salad with chicken marinated in old el paso fajita mix with peppers & onions, mayo light & reggae reggae sauce

Lunch: carrots, broccoli, babycorn & brussel sprouts.....large plate

Dinner: chilli with boiled rice

Snack: ryvita with philadelphia & alpen light bar

can u give me more info on the syn free curry sauce please

Hi, its....

1 tin peas
1 tin beans
1 tin tomatoes
1tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp canderel
1/2 tsp salt (if desired)
1 onion
1/4 - 1/2 pt boiling water (depends how thick you like your sauce) add 1/4 first and see how you go, add more if needed

Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes then blitz with a blender until its lump free. Add it to your cooked chicken & veg and serve with rice


This makes quite a bit of sauce so you can always freeze whats left over
!

Breakfast: Bacon, poached eggs, 2 nimble toasted & brown sauce

Snack: Almost a full melon

Lunch: Alpen light & cup of tea

Dinner: Teriyaki chicken (marinated in teriyaki, minced garlic & chilli flakes then baked in the oven) with LOTS of salad (lettuce, red & yellow peppers, grated carrot, sweetcorn (2 syns) & beetroot) boiled egg and 2 tbsp of light salad cream (3 syns)

Before bed: 3 Ryvita crispbreads & philadelphia light, Alpen light & cup of tea

HE A: Milk & Philadelphia
HE B: 2 nimble & 2 Alpen light bars

Syns:
Salad cream - 3
Sweetcorn - 2
Ryvita Crackers - 4 1/2
Brown sauce - 2
Total Syns 11 1/2
