Approx 425 - 455 cals per serving (Serves two):
2 cups of pasta (approx 150gs - 75g per person)
100g frozen peas
1 jar Sharwood’s Tikka Sauce
How to make it
1 - Cook the pasta as directed on the pack instructions.
2 - Whilst the pasta is boiling add a little Sharwood’s Curry powder and the peas.
3 - Drain the pasta and set aside. Place the Sharwood’s Korma sauce into a pan and heat gently then return the pasta and peas to the pan.
Ensure the mixture is hot before serving.
I used Tesco Wholewheat Fusilli Pasta Twists which are 240 cals a serving but standard dry pasta twists are about 270 which would make it about 455 cals.
