Veetee long grain microwave rice

Hi.

Could someone please tell me the syn value of:

Veetee long grain rice - 300g pack. It is the microwaveable tub not the dried variety.

They were on offer in Sains today so grabbed one but thought i better check syn value.

Hopefully it will be free or low synned as it is 98% rice & water.

I'm pretty sure the plain one is free. I always avoid the flavoured one and go for the plain basmati as I'm sure I've read on here before that it's free.

I've had the wholegrain brown rice one before now on a Green day and have classed it as free.
