veg drink and water flavour

Think the official line om the water flavourings is 1 teaspoon per day. Am sure you can add pepper to the veg one. Hopefully a CDC will be along to confirm / advise shortly x
 
am under the impression that both can be used freely the veg drink may be limited to 1 a day not too sure a cdc will be along sooon

Maximum of 1 veg drink per day pepper can be added.

Fruit flavours limited to one teaspoon per day. Some use more than this without any problems however, if you are carb sensitive they can set off cravings.

Neither should be introduced until week 3.
 
veg flavour is one per day,ive been told by my cdc that i can add my water flavour to every litre of water i drink which is 5 per day one teaspoon for every litre of water,ive consistently lost every week good luck. janet. xx
