I think I read on here (and I'll try to find it for you) that you could have one of the following;

Mixi Mousse
Savoury Drink
Water flavlouring ( made up to 1 litre water)

My CDC told me that I could have as much of the boullion as I wanted, she said there was no limit.... I've been drinking about 3-4 cups a day (but perhaps tmi - it's made me very windy....)
