Green Day Veg & Rice stir fry

    Hi all!

    This may have been shared before but after a long day at work I was starving and made this in less than 15 minutes... You can use any veg but I used:-

    1 red onion
    Half a red pepper
    5 mushrooms
    Handful of mange tout

    Pan fry using fry light and when softened keep on a low heat. Boil up some rice and when cooked add it to the veg and stir fry for a few minutes. Add soy sauce to taste.

    It tastes like a take away and is free!
