Can anyone tell me the syns in vegetarian mock duck or mock chicken please.
Also how many syns in seitan. Cant find these anywhere.

Buried in the depths of this web page it seems seitan is free on all plans and the granose mock duck is 9 syns a tin.

I have checked the SW website and GranoVita Mock Duck is syn free on all plans. I came on here looking for the seitan, so it's good news all round!!

But be careful of the Marigold braised tofu which was a favourite of mine - it is around13/15 syns a tin. Though I use 1/4 at a time.
