hi

anyone know how many syns is in an average slice of vegetable roll?

i have checked the SW website and cant find it

i know lean pork is free, but i cant imagine veg roll is,

cany anyone help? ta

Sorry I have no idea what that is. Can you explain?

It’s a mixture of sausage meat and vegetables,

i think its an Irish thing maybe, cant you get it anywhere else?

it lovely on a fry, with bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato etc...lovely..:D

Aah I see - no I don't think we have that in Scotland although we have variations on it.

Does it come in packaging with nutritional info? If so you could use 1 syn for every 20 calories. I doubt the sausagemeat will be lean so it would not be syn free.

yeah, the nearest thing i have ever tasted to it, outside of Ireland, is the scottish "square sausage" (which i also love:D any idea how many syns would be in this)

no, it doesnt come with any information on it :)eek: maybe thats worrying too!!)
