Gonna have a go at the Chip shop curry sauce tonight as I have a huge junk food craving at the mo. Just wondering though, the recipe asks for Vecon stock is that just the same as any vegetable stock? A quick search tells me that Vecon used to be a syn free stock, but now they all are, does that mean that I can just use any vegetable stock for the recipe in that case?

not doing very well at managing my junk food cravings so far. had a snickers last night (outside of syns) and some buffet food today. Hoping the KFC chicken with chips and chip shop curry sauce will prevent a 3rd day of disasters. Lol.
