Woops, messed up on the title, oh well


Are all veg allowed on the first day?

It doesn't say anything about carrots, corn or baby corns, or sweetcorn

No it won't Yas coz they're not green - it says "cooked green vegetables" Lol x

I realise this is probably too late to help but you can't have them days 2 or 3 either. You also can't have anything in your salad NOT listed in the "anything from the following" list.
