Vegetarian 200 cal meal

Hi ladies
in 2 weeks I will be coming off of Sole Source (I am having full-on fantasies about chewing again) and onto Sole Source plus! and I am a bit confused because everyone seems to have fish or chicken! but I am a vegetarian - chicken and fish are my friends, not my food! are there any veggies on here with any ideas for low cal, high protein meals other than a lump of tofu?!

I too am vegetarian and it's tricky.

All i can really suggest is marinated tofu, cottage cheese and Quorn - they do nice roast fillets and also chicken style pieces.
 
What about quorn pieces stir fried with some cabbage and peppers with a bit of 5 spice? Or Quorn fillets marinated in curry powder and grilled...
 
Last night I used some of the quorn allowance with a couple of mushrooms and asparagus and added paprika. I then use a bit of cottage cheese to make a sauce.... SS+ version of veggie stroganoff!

I think you can have 2 large eggs instead of the cottage cheese, tofu or quorn
