1 415g tin chopped tomatos
2 TBSP tomato puree
1 415g tin green lentils
lasagne sheets

200g fat free fromage frais
1 egg
45g Reduced fat cheddar
Sweat the onion and garlic in a pan squirted with fry light.
Dice the carrot and courgette and add them to the pan sweat for another couple of minutes.
Add the tinned tomatos, lentils, tomato puree, basil and season with salt and pepper.
Put half the mixture in a lasagne dish, lay enough lasagne sheets to cover then add the rest of the mix on top followed by another layer of lasagne sheets.
Blend the quark, fromage frais and egg together seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour over the lasagne sheets aqnd then grate the cheese over the top.
bake in the oven until golden.
